Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Seller Identification

The NEXORA website (elmnexora.myshopify.com) is operated by NEXORA, a company based in France. For any questions, you can contact us at the e-mail address: contact@nexora.fr.

Article 2 — Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales concluded by NEXORA on the elmnexora.myshopify.com website. Any purchase on this site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 3 — Products and Availability

Our products are offered within the limits of available stock. In case of stockout, NEXORA undertakes to inform the buyer as soon as possible and to offer either an extended delivery time or a full refund.

Product photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. NEXORA strives to keep them up to date and true to reality.

Article 4 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). NEXORA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

Article 5 — Order

The order is definitively registered after payment confirmation. A summary confirmation e-mail is sent to the address provided by the buyer. NEXORA reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent order.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is made online at the time of order via the payment methods offered on the site (credit card, etc.). Transactions are secured via the Shopify Payments platform.

Article 7 — Delivery

Delivery terms are described in our Delivery Policy available on our website. The transfer of risks occurs upon delivery to the customer.

Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. At NEXORA, this period is extended to 30 days. The terms are detailed in our Refund Policy.

Article 9 — Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

Article 10 — Liability

NEXORA cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

Article 11 — Personal Data

The data collected during the order is used solely for processing the order and is not transmitted to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data.

Article 12 — Disputes

In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts of the jurisdiction of NEXORA's registered office will be seized. Article 13 — Applicable Law

These GTC are subject to French law. Any clause deemed unwritten will be deemed null and void without affecting the validity of the other clauses.
