Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

At NEXORA, we go beyond this legal obligation: we accept refund requests up to 30 days after receipt of your order.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the product must:

• Be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
• Show no signs of wear, damage, or alterations

 

Refund Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact us at contact@nexora.fr with your order number and the reason for the return
• Await our confirmation and shipping instructions
• Ship the product to the address provided in our response
• The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and verification of the product

 

Refund Methods

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, the credit may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

 

Non-Refundable Products

The following products are not eligible for a refund:

• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products whose original packaging has been destroyed
• Customized or special order products

 

Defective Product

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at contact@nexora.fr with photos of the product and packaging. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
