Delivery times

All orders placed on NEXORA are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and current logistical conditions. These times are indicative.

Delivery areas

We mainly deliver to mainland France, as well as Belgium, Switzerland and other European countries. If your country is not listed for delivery, please contact us at contact@nexora.fr.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of the order.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number that will allow you to track your package in real time.

Delivery delays

NEXORA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (strikes, weather conditions, customs delays, etc.). In the event of a significant delay, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Damaged or lost parcel

If your package arrives damaged or does not reach you, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at contact@nexora.fr. We will do our best to find a quick solution.
